not bad, but issues exist

constant noise lack of ac

the room was clean enough and the bed provided was comfortable.

there was no ac, so i had to open the windows onto a very busy street. this made sleeping quite difficult because of constant noise and heat. it's a 4-star hotel, so i expected better.

the room was quite spacious, a detail i particularly valued. i found the bed comfortable.. equipped with many plush pillows. the hotel's proximity to key attractions is a significant advantage, i reached many sites with a short walk.

The online check-in process presented some initial difficulties. I eventually resolved it through whatsapp support.

easy check-in peaceful atmosphere effective support future accommodation

check-in was effortless using the self-service system i could drop off my luggage before the official check-in time on the day i arrived the room had such a peaceful atmosphere despite being in a central location customer service offered very effective support over the phone when i needed assistance. i fully recommend this hotel for future accommodation experiences

the elevator seemed a little slow i noticed this once during a busy period it wasn't a major issue but it did add a few extra minutes to my travel time between floors

The room was spacious and quite clean! it was good for a romantic time. daily cleaning ensured a tidy space. the location proved excellent. We were minutes from the main square.
